• 81% own at least one mutual fund other than a retirement plan
• 74% hold an alternative investment:
• Real estate: 45%
• Hedge funds: 25%
• Private equity: 20%

49% of mutual fund owners and 52% of alternative investment owners said they'd invest at least the same amount in the coming year.
